PTF's goal is to provide services in a safe and culturally sensitive atmosphere while promoting self-sufficiency. 

Services Include:

•         Health/Nutrition 
•         Housing Assistance/Referrals
•         Social Services Assistance/Legal Referrals 
• Workforce Development for adults & youth
• Alternative to Incarceration
• Street Outreach & Community Services

COMING SOON 

The PTF plans on providing Supportive Housing for women who were Formally Incarcerated and Homeless and who may suffer from Mental Health (mild-moderate), Substance Use Disorders, Domestic Violence, and Chronic Diagnosis. Additionally, we plan to create a youth mentorship program.

 Our housing model will consist of Congregate/Transitional/Shelter and Supportive Permanent Housing for single adult women.
