SERVICES

PTF's goal is to provide services in a safe and culturally sensitive atmosphere while promoting self-sufficiency. 

Services Include:

• Case Management
•         Financial Planning
•         Health/Nutrition 
•         Housing Assistance/Referrals
•         Social Services Assistance/Legal Referrals 
• Workforce Development for adults & youth
• Alternative to Incarceration
• HOT (homeless outreach team)/Street Outreach

 PTF plans on providing Supportive Housing primarily for women who were Formally Incarcerated and Homeless who may not suffer from Mental Health (mild-moderate), Substance Use Disorders, DV, and Chronic Diagnoses, and creating a youth mentorship. We plan on opening Congregate/Transitional/Shelter and supportive permanent housing for single adults in newly developed housing units.
